Armor WB25

Rock salt ate strait through this product during winter in Michigan.

Ok. Read all the reviews. Brand new concrete brick pavers. Waited one month per manufacture recommendation. Light pressure wash. Waited 24 hours. I live facing east in south florida. Waited till sun was going down made sure pavers were about 80 degrees. Used good pump sprayer medium nozzle put one good coat down. Soaked in really good. Next day blew the circular drive off same scenario same time and did the second coat. Zero gloss. I mean zero. I live on corner lot so did my other side using PPG multi purpose sealer from Home Depot that I used in my wood fence $75 on those pavers. Same exact scenario and times waited 24 hours for second coat. PPG weather guard water base acrylic @$75 per 5 gallon did the exact same job actually a little better glow. I used 3 5 gallon pails of foundation armor that I waited 5 days for at $185 ea bs PPG weather guard locally at HD $75. Each. Waited a couple days to do review then it rained and that’s why I wrote this review. Both driveways beaded exactly the same. PPG actually made pavers darker as where Foundation armor did not. Do not waste your money on Foundation Armor but takes forever to get wayyyy over priced for what it does / doesn’t. Email me for pics and videos. I took a ton. I was robbed.

I purchased the Foundation Armor WB 25 for my basement and my garage. It is an awesome product which did a great job. Easy to use with a sprayer and easy to clean up. In my garage I purchased the Foundation Armor Non-Slip Additive Ultra-Fine to prevent slipping and it worked great. I recently called Foundation Armor to inquire about the best product to seal my paver patio and the gentlemen Eric I soke to was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Let me start by saying I did extensive research because I didn't know anything about paver sealing. I watched many youtube videos for information. I just wanted the best product if I was going to go to all the work to do my own pavers. I chose Foundation Armor and so glad I did. I called the company first and talked to a very knowledgeable representative. I ordered two 5 gallons first because my neighbor wanted to do his also and share the cost and work. The order shipped the same day I ordered. I did my pavers first to see the out come because I didnt know the coverage and gloss for my particular application. I did polymeric sand before sealing and glad I did. I used approximately 7 gallons with two coats for about 650 sq. ft. of pavers. The WB25 was easy to spray on with a short drying time in our Florida sun. Ordered another 5 gallons to complete my neighbors pavers. We are very happy with Foundation Armor products and this company is very customer friendly. The WB25 says high gloss but the representative said it wouldn't be real shiny and he was right. Our paver project turned out beautiful and so glad I found this company.

We used WB25 to seal our driveway which is concrete pavers. I cannot say enough about both the service when we ordered the WB25 directly from Foundation Armor as well as how pleased we are with the results. It is very helpful as well as convenient to be able to order directly from the manufacturer as they are such a reliable source of advice. We also have pavers on our lanai and we will come back to Foundation Armor when we are ready to seal the lanai.

* In my opinionIf you saw my first review on this product you would know that I wasn't too happy with it at first. But then it grew on me. Now I'm really happy with it.First and foremost this is an Acrylic Wet-Look Concrete Sealer. It is also a Cure and Seal. The first part... the Acrylic is just another term for well glue. If you look at all the glue products on the market today you will find that 90% or more are acrylic based. And in the case of any concrete surface sealer a glue is a very good thing. Think about it. Is there anything better that you could pour on your driveway than glue? What properties do glues possess? They Stick. They Bond and They Resist Moisture. All things that are beneficial.Next Wet Look is attractive because most people like things that are shiny. I know I do. In case you were wondering I'm not a reviewer by trade. I do it because I like to showcase good products like this one. I also feel an obligation to the opposite but that's another story. What I do for a living other then collect social security is create very colorful Planting Pots as the hands and student of a Very Big Name in the theological crowd. The point is that I use this product in a way for a different material than what was intended at its creation. But the material is a cement/concrete product that needs sealing just as much as a driveway or patio. One does not want pots to leak out of the sides any more than an upper deck to leak into the kitchen below. They must be sealed as well. And getting back to the Wet Look part these pots look very nice with that treatment.Now for a quick look back here's how my first review ended:But there is an upside to acrylic... the finish is to die for. 3 coats of it will give you a mirror gloss that will rival any fired pot on earth. I must have that look on my pots without question. So what do I do? I have to live with the marks INSIDE the pot from the glue to get the shine on the OUTSIDE. I have no choice and if you were me you'd do the same!And just in case you were wondering there are no marks on the pots anymore because we overcame that obstacle with a little bit of ingenuity.Now to the last part... Cure and Seal. OK we already went through the seal part. But the cure??? That's the really cool part of this product. And no one else does it! This will help cure green porous concrete and concrete pavers. Now how's that for a complete product? You don't even have to wait for your slab or pavers to cure before you can seal them now. Nor do I have to wait for my pots to cure before I can seal them either. This is an amazing product and I'm here to tell you that the price point beats or exceeds 75% of their competition. And last but not least the competition that comes in under them isn't competition at all because you see I've tried all there is to try out there and those cheaper ones? They just don't compare! That's why I use Foundation Armor WB25.

Great stuff. Use on stamped and color concrete. In the South Bay with lots of sun and high temps. You will Need to reseal every year as the sheen will start to fade in about 10 months.

I have 880 sf of paved driveway and walkway that never maintained since last 16 years. I called contractor for the service. Initial charge was $7000 then he dropped the price to $5000. I decided to do the work myself. After searching online I found Foundation Armor website. I ordered WB25 sealer and followed their instructions by cleaning the surface first power washing applying polymeric sand spying water twice and let it dry for a week finally applying WB25 sealer twice. It turned out very nice. It is not wet look as originally expected but driveway and walkway are sealed cleaned and sparkling now. Hey my wife is happy and you know what they say Happy wife happy life. Thank you for Mr. Eric's and Mr. Mike's advice and support. Foundation Armor support and their products are the best.

Great product I used 7 five gallon buckets and the job looks great.

I have over 4100 sq ft. of paver blocks installed about 1 year ago. I was unsure on the right product to apply. I spoke to Mike at the company. He was tremendously helpful. This guy knows his products. The job looks great.

Water Based WB25 High Gloss Acrylic Sealer is an awesome product. I live in Southern Nevada (Las Vegas area) and have been using this product on stamped concrete in the courtyard and backyard patio. This product rolls on very well with the recommended 3/8 nap roller. I recoat on a 2 - 3 year cycle - nothing like a high gloss look on stamped concrete. Highly recommend this product and its classy visual impact.

We used this product over pavers previously sealed with a water based sealer (from another manufacturer which wasn't overly great) and were completely satisfied with the results . We sealed both a drive way and patio with two coast ad the final results were excellent. Nice new shiny finish. HIghly recommended.

After trying sealers from the Behr line and a local paint store... with poor results we ordered this sealer which worked great! Applied 4 thin coats... each coat taking less product. Very happy!

Foundationarmor was helpful in answering several question concerning what product was best for my project. There guidance helped me purchase the correct product. Front pavers look great. To early to tell if the gloss with hold up in the south florida sun and heat.

Goes on easy it is just a bit slippery when wet but only just a little. It squeaks when wet and you have sneakers on. I think I applied it

We purchased the Armor WB25. I have never done this before. We washed the brick then used the spray method. The brick was porous I used the 5GL on 120 sqFt of brick. It came out really nice. I would highly recommend this product. I'm thinking of creating a Wet Rock look and now I know what to expect. I will use this product again.

Only issue I had was getting the top of the 5 Gallon Bucket off. I had to pry and pry and pry until I broke loose the seal and then popped off the top and used with my roller right out of the 5 Gallon Bucket. I think the manufacture wanted users to pour into a tray or smaller container to use for spreading of the sealer. But this Ole' Cajun Guy got the top off and was off to rolling down the Sealant :)Great Product and would recommend all to buy from this seller for their Paver / Concrete Sealant.

I love the fact that the water-based acrylic has low odor it only takes soap and water to clean up and it has a great glossy finish.Since the item only has a one year recommended shelf life I wish their was a 3 gallon option for my patio. But I am still very happy with purchase and would recommend product.

I purchased this product and found it to be as advertised. It was delivered on time and was $25 less than my local big box store. Easy to apply when you follow directions. Outstanding product I would recommend and will use again.

I wanted a shiny finish and though I did not want to buy so much I heard this was the best so I went for it. So far it was worth the extra money and size. It is shiny and looks great it was very easy to put on and dried really quickly. This was the first time we ever attempted to stain concrete but once I figured it out it all went pretty well. I think since I have so much left over I am going to go ahead and use it on other areas to protect them things that I seem to have to repaint over and over. This should stop that! :)

I used WB25 to seal garage floor and outdoor walkway one year ago. In the garage black tire marks are now embedded in the sealer and looks an absolute mess. The sealer on the outdoor walkway and patio has developed a speckled look from the a reaction to de-icer we put down in the winter. The sealing project was not only unacceptable I would consider it a disaster.

This product was very easy to apply had great coverage and brought a 20-year-old driveway back to life. I would definitely recommend it.

The stated coverage was 177sq. ft per gal. but I was able to do 400 sq. ft per gal. I did 925 sq. ft of flagstone pavers with only 1- 5gal 2 coats with about 1/2 gal left. Returned the 2nd 5Gal for refund. Big savings. Sealer brought out the colors along with a nice sheen.
