Armor AR350

After comparing various products online I purchased 2 gallons of AR350 low VOC. The sealer was easy to apply and rejuvenated my exposed aggregate concrete walk and steps to as good as if not better than new. The instructions indicate that the low voc formula sets up quickly and you need to work quickly but I didn't have any issue working in small sections. After applying the 2nd coat I put down the fine anti-slip additive. The project turned out great. I highly recommend this product.

I had a new rear porch and small patio poured and wanted to properly maintain my investment so I researched and researched what the best concrete sealer and waterproofing product available was and Foundation Armor was always on the list usually at the top spot especially for ole Bob Vila. So after letting the fresh concrete cure for 33 days I bought it. I prepped the concrete and applied it per the instructions late evening about 6:30-7:00 pm 78 degrees 47% humidity out. Since the total area was only about 13x13 I rolled it instead of spraying it which the application went ok but this product brought out every blemish flaw etc. in the concrete (unbeknownst when it was dry to the naked eye) to where it just looks like it's stained or dirty everywhere. Perhaps I am at fault for application technique but this is not my first or tenth time sealing concrete over my lifetime. Perhaps the concrete was a bad mix but I doubt it or maybe I should have let it cure another few weeks. Whatever the case my new porch now looks like a old mechanics floor with a satin sheen sprayed over it.

After much research and customer reviews and a call to Mike at Foundation Armor's technical support (Mike was great) we decided on AR350 (350 VOC) We followed the application instructions making sure our new concrete and pavers were clean and dry (24 hours). We applied the sealer with an HDX Bleach and Deck sprayer...because it has Viton seals that hold up to harsh chemicals. We used Xylene to clean-up. We waited until late afternoon to make application. Two coats 6 days apart due to weather. We had our house windows open when we applied the first coat...We should have closed them. This product has a distinct odor...that was mostly gone by morning. We didn't get any complaints from our neighbors. Foundation Armor AR350 brought the color out on our pavers with a slightly wet look. As to recommending this product...We are in Michigan and have harsh winter's...time will tell. The product went on just as advertised and is supposed to do a chemical bond below the surface. Water beads-up nicely on the treated concrete and pavers. We like the look !

Applied two coats to my new garage slab and it looks fabulous!

Got this to seal some pavers on our screen porch. Looks fantastic. Had some concerns about how dark it would get as we wanted it to get a little darker to hide some stains. They sent me some free samples and great advise and we are very happy with how it looks and the support was excellent. Very strong order for 24hrs

AR 350 is an excellent product. Follow the directions and you will be very pleased with results. I spoke directly to the company. Their suggestions and guidance was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this product for stamped concrete.

Put this on our stained concrete patio and am very pleased with the outcome. Part of the patio was faded and discolored. This product brought it back to it's original look. I followed their instructions and it turned out great.

Just got done with my paved driveway. Stripped pressure washed sanded & sealed with Foundation Armor AR 350. Waited 4 days and applied a second coat. It came out absolutely beautiful. My pavers are about 12 years old and now looks like a new driveway. The fella that did the work said this was the best solvent based sealer he has ever used. Thank you to your company for putting out such a good product.

I like it. But. Include safety data sheet!!!! A reference to it in small print doesn't cut. Came close to a bad situation breathing the stuff with all windows open while using a pint.

I have a large paver driveway. The AR350 sealer looks great and it went on very easy using.a roller on a broom handle. I used 2 coats and the look is exactly what I wanted…wet but not too shiny. I spoke with the Foundation Armour support people several times about the application (Will & Mike) and they did a great job of answering all my questions. As a bonus I purchased 6 x 5 gallon pails and ended up only needing 5. I was able to return the extra 5 gallon pail to them AT THEIR COST. This is a great company with a great product and people.

AR350 is a great product. Use it to coat our stained stamped concrete border on our patio. I’ve tried several types but this is the best.

Used this product twice. Very happy with the results. Easy to apply and looks excellent.

I applied Foundation Armor sealant to my patio pavers following the instructions that recommended applying the sealant with a 3/8 nap roller after 5pm. I applied a second coat 24 hours later. It was easy to apply and I am happy with the results. It restored the color of the weather faded pavers beautifully. It is too soon to know how long that will last but it looks great now!

Be careful where you apply this product especially if your area experiences ice storms. The area where this product is applied will hold and retain ice like a hockey rink. 3 days after an ice storm my whole neighborhood is bone dry except where I applied this product. Had a 35 degree day and my street and sidewalks no longer have ice but My driveway where I applied this product still has a 1/4 inch of ice that has not dissolved or melt at all.

have used many products that claim wet look this is the first that I have used that truly looks as described. Been hardscaping for 30 years and used just about every product recommended by manufacturers this is the first product I would truly recommend myself.

Bought this few weeks ago. Great product at excellent price. delivered in 2 days. Customer Service is of great help in selecting the product. Will buy again and recommend it to all my friends.

It took a while to finish our project and get proper weather for application. That said the results meet all expectations. Sprayed the first coat after sunset then rolled the final coat the next day. Easy to apply and great appearance. Can't speak to longevity only a week in but high hopes.

I just received 3 gallons of AR350 this is an awesome product it makes my Tremron pavers look new.

I purchased this product three weeks ago. I was covering an unsealed 10 year old garage. Got the 350 VOC version along with the dark grey tint. After extensive prep I put down three light coats of the product. I let the product dry for 7 days. I wanted to go further than the recommended 48-72 hours. 7 days later I moved everything back into the garage. Initially the product looks amazing. I’ve included pics of the initial result. The issues begin after you start using the area. Water pools on the surface. This is good as it’s protecting the concrete but it dries and looks like crap. Cars parked standard garage usage. Parking a car on the product leaves indented tire marks in the surface. This was applied in three very thin coats. Why is this happening? Second issue. Waking around the garage with sneakers with rubber soles leaves marks all over. There is literally no way to remove these marks . I’ve tried everything. Tennis ball finger rub magic eraser. It does not work and you leave even bigger marks. Bottom line. The product is easy to apply and looks good initially but will likely look like garbage in a few months. This is not a replacement for an epoxy or polyaspartic garage coating. It’s too soft. It will likely require yearly touch up’s which could be its only saving grace. Spray another coat on and the solvent essentially melts the coat underneath and it looks good again. With this issues and review recommendations stating it’s okay for a garage floor I am skeptical of the high reviews. Whether you buy it directly from the mfg or from Lowe’s or Home Depot the reviews are all the same. Why? The reviews seem misleading. They may be better products out there.

I bought one gal of AR350 to see how it looked. I since have bought 2 more gallons. Easy to put om with a bug sprayer. I love the wet look. I hope it lasts awhile.

This is my third time using the AR350 sealant. I have a stamped concrete patio driveway 2 walkways and front stoop. In 2018 I just did one coat on everything. It looked good but in 2020 it seemed to be starting to go especially on the patio which is a shady area so I resealed in 2020 and did 2 coats on everything. 4 years later it still looks good but I decided to try the semi-transparent color for a two color look on the patio and am very happy with the result. I did the first coat in 2 colors and the second coat just with the clear.The concrete was originally sealed with a flat siloxane sealer which seemed to get dirty pretty fast with black moss or algae especially in the shady patio area. Since using this it doesn’t get as dirty and is easier to clean.The hardest part of doing this is finding 5-7 days in a row when the weather is going to cooperate and there isn’t a lot of stuff falling from the trees.I used a roller and brush and everything went pretty easily. Just did the patio this time. Will probably do the rest next year.

It has been 3 years since I had my stamped patio poured. So it was time to reseal it. After searching online for a sealer I came across AR350 (Satin Sheen/Wet Look) by Foundation Armor. I read many reviews and decided to give it a try. I did have a few questions first so I reached out to the company. It was a pleasure talking to them. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Afterwards I placed my order and received it in no time. I followed the directions and away I went. It was very easy to apply with a brush and a roller. It now looks better than when it was poured!

I applied AR350 to 2 precast cement walkways that had been installed a few years ago and am extremely pleased with the results. The product was easy to apply and the final results excellent. I highly recommend this product. I got a few tips from customer service that made the application flawless. I plan to seal my entire pool deck in the spring.

I bought this product to go over the top of two different sealers used previously. It worked very well and looks great! Note that you'll want to use a high quality VOC filtering mask when applying this product. Close the windows and doors too!

I wanted one gallon of AR350 and had questions about how to use it and precautions. The person at FoundationArmor who answered my call answered all my questions. The order was shipped the same day as ordered and arrived two days later. The Product went on easily dried as promised and looks great. I recommend this to everyone. Great Job

AR 350 is easy to apply and it makes my stamped concrete patio look like new.

This stuff is great! I found this sealer on youtube. It's easy to apply. First I pressure wash and let dry for 24 hours. I then use a solvent resistant sprayer and then backroll. I used the fine non slip with the second coat. It really revives the look of stamped concrete. The VOC 50 version dries very quickly so spray in small sections and have a second person immediately backroll. The dull concrete was last treated two years ago with the freshly treated areas next to the pool.
